Are you tired of the Nova Scotia bar & club scene, coming home to an empty house, lonely tables-for-one at those romantic Nova Scotia restaurants, disastrous blind dates set up by your matchmaking friends, Nova Scotia local singles groups, singles events and meetings with no results??
I travel a lot for work but retireing with in the next year god willing.
when i am home Im a single father of a 13year old boy and a 10 year old girl.
Honesty and trust are important to me :) Single mom that loves to have fun. I need someone with a great sense of humour( making me laugh is the objective lol), I'm also a foodie.. If I don't go on a vacation at least once a year I go crazy.
love trying new foods and foods from different cultures(yes I take pictures of my food haha). I'm a little shy when you first meet me, but once I get comfortable my funny (and slightly inappropriate) personality comes out. :) I can be quiet at first, but once I get to know someone I tend to let the randomness out. People always tell me they know exactly where they stand with me.
Not much for tv (watch a few shows, usually have CNN on for white noise), love movies and music. I believe life is too short to be anything but happy , so be happy :) Hey!
Very close to my mom and my tight knit group of friends, have a cat that I treat like a son. I'm moving to Nova Scotia really soon and would love to get to know some new people and maybe find a special lady along the way :) I'm fairly shy until i get to know someone, but also very kind hearted, devoted, silly, and adventurous!
The Coast Love & Sex survey found that the majority of pollers are single, too, and they're "bored with it." I also did some research on the amount of time I spend on my own futon watching Gossip Girl re-runs and the verdict is in---it wouldn't hurt any of us to try and meet someone new.
There are lots of ways to stay single: the aforementioned futon method; avoiding situations that are potentially awkward; not knowing what shoes to wear with that top.
